Every build gets a written, fixed-scope price before any work starts. No hourly meter.

Questions
What does a website build include?
A website designed for your business, a quote request form that blocks spam, putting it live on your own web address with the padlock that tells visitors it is safe, and a short call to show you how it all works. The written quote lists everything for your project.
Why are builds priced “from”?
Every business is different. The “from” price is where a straightforward project starts; your quote is fixed once we agree what is included, and it does not change unless you change what you want.
What is a “web address”, and what do you do with it?
It is what people type to find you, like yourcompany.ca (the technical word is “domain”). If you already own one we connect it to your new website for you. If you do not, we help you pick and register one. You never have to touch the settings yourself.
Do I have to host with you?
No. Hosting is optional. We can put your site on your existing hosting, or keep it online on ours: we look after the server, keep a copy every day so nothing is lost, watch that it is working, and keep it up to date and secure.
Monthly or yearly: which should I pick?
Yearly is two months free: you pay for ten months and get twelve. It is the same plan and the same help either way. Monthly is the flexible choice. You can choose at checkout, and you can cancel either one any time.
How do payments work?
Build payments follow the schedule in your quote, typically a deposit up front and the balance when your site goes live. Hosting plans are billed every month, or once a year if you choose yearly. Your invoices and payment history are in your account.
What happens to the enquiries my site gets?
Every quote request is emailed to you within seconds and saved in your account, in a simple list where you mark each one new, contacted, quoted or won, add notes and the value of the job, and download the list. Once a month you get an email showing how many people visited, called and asked for a quote.
Can customers book, and can I text them?
Yes. Both hosting plans include online booking: customers pick a time from the hours you set, shown in their own time zone, and each booking appears in your phone's calendar. Summit adds text messages: a confirmation and reminders before each appointment, review requests by text, and replies passed on to you, up to 300 texts a month. Anyone can reply STOP.
What happens if I use all 300 texts?
We pause the texts for the rest of the month, tell you before that happens, and never charge you extra without asking first. If you regularly need more, ask us and we will quote a bigger allowance.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account or by email. A monthly plan stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, and a yearly one until the end of the year you have paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
