All prices are in CAD and don't include sales tax. Where GST/HST applies, it's shown on your invoice.

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and run to the end of the paid month.

The code, content and domain are yours. Leave any time and take everything with you.
Questions
What does a website build include?
Design, development, content setup, a contact form with spam protection, launch on your domain with HTTPS, and a handover call. The written quote lists everything for your project.
Why are builds priced “from”?
Every business is different. The “from” price is where a straightforward project starts; your quote is fixed once we agree the scope, and it doesn't change unless you change the scope.
Do I have to host with you?
No. Hosting is optional. We can launch on your existing hosting, or on ours with backups, monitoring and updates handled for you.
How do payments work?
Build payments follow the schedule in your quote — typically a deposit up front and the balance at launch. Hosting and care plans are billed monthly. Invoices and payment history live in your client account.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, from your client account or by email. The plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and there are no cancellation fees.
